Feature · Dunning & Debt Collection

Open claims die in spreadsheets. Yours land in the system.

A failed installment is not a one-off, it is statistics. CloserCart reacts automatically: a dunning sequence sent from your own address, every mail logged in the history. And when it has to, the case moves to debt collection with a single click. With evidence.

14 days full access, no revenue share.

Dunning

The dunning sequence runs while you sell

A failed payment starts the run automatically: from the friendly reminder to the final notice, at your pace and in your tone.

A sequence you define

Payment reminder, 1st, 2nd and final notice with configurable intervals and editable templates. Or just friendly reminders without escalation levels: both are one switch.

Your domain, your sender

Dunning is the creditor's business. That is why CloserCart sends dunning mails exclusively from your own verified sender address, never from a foreign one. The customer sees you, not a tool.

Logged without gaps

Every mail lands in the order history, with a delivery-log PDF for each send. If push comes to shove, you can prove every step: what, when, to whom.

Debt-collection handover

One click. And the case comes with evidence.

When the final deadline passes, you hand the case straight from CloserCart to debt collection (Paywise). Not as a bare claim, but with everything that makes a claim enforceable. That is exactly what the signed contract is for.

  • Signed contract as evidence: the contract PDF including authenticity certificate and audit trail is automatically sent along to debt collection
  • Handover with review: you confirm each case individually with a click, or fully automatically if you prefer
  • Reactivation included: when the customer pays, the confirmation goes out automatically and the case closes

We built the dunning system first for our own companies. Collecting overdue payments was systems work there instead of manual work, and that is exactly how you get it shipped.

Closed loop

Access follows the payment

Together with the course-platform integration this becomes a cycle: installment fails, access pauses after a grace period, dunning runs, customer pays, access is automatically back. Without you writing a single mail.

More on the Circle integration

You have the signed contract. Now go get the money too.

Every open installment that quietly fades away was a fully negotiated close. Let the system chase it down.
