The checkout that locks in the close.
Close the High-Ticket deal while your customer is still on the call: steer the price live, sign the contract, pay. All in one link. No media break, one signed contract, fewer chargebacks.
14 days full access, no revenue share.
The problem
The deal rarely dies in the conversation. It dies in the checkout.
High-Ticket customers say yes in the call and drop off afterward. Not because the offer is bad, but because the payment process tears down the trust your Closer just built.
Skepticism at big numbers
At 89 euros nobody clicks twice. At 8,000 euros your customer scrutinizes every line. A checkout that looks like an impulse buy amplifies the doubt instead of removing it.
E-commerce looks destroy trust
Shopping cart, countdown, coupon field: standard checkouts are built for T-shirts. Anyone selling a five-figure engagement needs a frame that looks like a contract, not a shop.
Every bit of friction costs you the close
New price? New link. Different number of installments? New email. Every detour gives the customer time to reconsider. In High-Ticket, waiting time is the most expensive mistake.
From the sales call to the payment
How a close works
One link. Four steps. No media break, no back-and-forth, no waiting for the money.
Create the order, send one link
The Closer creates the order in CloserCart and sends the customer a single link. No offer PDF, no 40 links for 40 price variants.
Steer price and installments live
Price, installment plan and payment method are adjusted right in the sales call, the customer page updates in real time. No new link, no reload, no juggling between tabs.
Sign with one click, legally sound
The customer signs with one click, in your name and with your branding. A three-page contract with signature, timestamp, IP address and waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Paid instantly, straight to your account
The customer pays through the same link, instantly in the same call. The money flows directly to your own accounts at Stripe, Klarna or PayPal, no detour, no revenue share.
The solution
Show the offer, adjust the price, sign, pay. All in one link.
The complete close happens in the sales call, not afterward by email. Your Closer steers the offer live, your customer sees every change instantly and never has to leave the call.
Your Closer build their own offers. Without access to your money.
No more Notion doc full of 40 links, half of them dead and none matching the custom deal. Your Closer build every price point, every installment plan and every special case themselves in seconds. Never again a "Do you have the link?" message while you are at the wheel. Never again a lost sale just because you were not at your computer.
- No link chaos: price points, installment plans and custom deals built themselves, instead of juggling links in Notion or Apple Notes
- No bottleneck: your Closer are never blocked, and you never become the link creator at the worst possible moment
- No backend access: Closer never see your total revenue and cannot trigger refunds. Full flexibility with minimal permissions.
Build your own offer
A single link. Your Closer switches it live in the call.
You send the customer exactly one link. Price negotiated? One click in the Closer console, and the offer updates in real time on the customer's side. No reload, no second link, no follow-up email.
- One link, live: sent once, the Closer switches price, plan and payment method live behind it
- Installment plan builder: down payment, 1 to 36 monthly installments, start delay, configured live
- Live status: your Closer sees when the customer opens the checkout and when the new offer reaches them
12,000 € · split live
Five-figure deals don't fail on price. They fail on the payment method.
Card, installments and at some point it's over? Not anymore. With the Financing payment method your customer signs the contract first, then CloserCart guides them through your own partner's financing flow. Even at 80,000 €, even B2C, without a single cent running through a payment gateway.
- Signature first: the customer signs in the call, only then does the bank come into play
- One-click appointment: your Closer books the financing appointment via Calendly, customer data pre-filled, appointment captured automatically
- Your partner, your terms: Calendly link, document list and installment schedule from your financing partner
- Plan B built in: if the bank declines, your Closer switches the same deal live to another payment method
After the signature
Every close becomes a signed contract
Your customer signs digitally right in the checkout. CloserCart automatically turns that into a contract PDF: contracting parties, scope of services, price, digital signature, timestamp, IP address and documented waiver of the right of withdrawal.
- Signature pad in the checkout: sign with finger or mouse, no extra app
- Three pages, all in: contract, scope of services, payment receipt as one PDF
- Documented to hold up as evidence: name, timestamp, IP and order number on the document
Service agreement
Respond to every dispute with evidence
With Klarna or PayPal disputes, the evidence decides. With CloserCart you present a signed contract with timestamp, IP address and documented scope of services, instead of a screenshot of your order confirmation. That changes the starting position on every single payment default.
- Withdrawal waiver: explicitly confirmed and logged
- B2B confirmation: its own documented checkbox in the checkout
- Contract PDF: available anytime, ready for the dispute
Order #10428
An installment fails. Your system sends the reminder before you even notice.
Nobody became a Closer to chase overdue installments on the phone. A failed payment automatically starts a German dunning sequence: payment reminder, 1st, 2nd and final notice, sent from your own sender address and logged seamlessly. If that is not enough, the case goes to collections with one click, with the signed contract and authenticity certificate as evidence.
- German dunning sequence: automatic, configurable, every email documented with a send log
- Your own sender: notices come from you, not from some third-party tool
- One click to collections: handover to Paywise including contract and authenticity certificate
- Automatically reactivated: once the customer pays, the confirmation goes out automatically and the community access is active again
Your setup owes no VAT? Then don't hand it to the platform.
Reseller platforms sell in their own name and therefore remit German VAT, regardless of whether your structure sits in Dubai or could apply reverse charge. CloserCart is not a reseller: the contract runs between you and your customer, and you set the VAT logic yourself, per product.
- VAT per product: show it exclusive, inclusive or not at all, for reverse charge, US LLC and non-EU setups
- No reseller in between: you sell directly, the money runs through your own payment providers
- 19 % can be margin: on a 6,000 € deal that is 1,140 € that don't automatically go to the tax office
* Not tax advice. Whether your setup may sell VAT-free is something you clarify with your tax advisor. CloserCart only gives you the switch for it.
Your providers. Your accounts. Your money.
CloserCart does not process payments for you and does not stand between you and your revenue. You connect your own accounts, your Closer simply switches in the call which provider and which payment method fits right now.
- Stripe: card payment, Klarna, PayPal and flexible installment plans
- Plus AffiliCon and Ablefy for existing offers
- No revenue share: CloserCart costs a fixed monthly price
The honest comparison
Why CloserCart beats every other model
Standard checkouts are built for the shopping cart, reseller models for their own margin. CloserCart is built for the High-Ticket close, where the money flows to your account.
With every other model you give up margin, control or both. With CloserCart both stay yours.
FernUSG & ZFU approval
A law is pulling the ground out from under the coaching industry. Your contracts stay standing.
The German Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG) is disrupting the German coaching world completely right now: if your offer is classified as distance learning and the ZFU approval from the Central Office for Distance Learning (ZFU) is missing, courts declare the contract void and your customer can demand all of their money back, even after the service was delivered. Anyone who sells through CloserCart uses vetted contract templates that have already fended off exactly this reclaim attack in court.*
Reclaim lawsuit
Proven templates that have already withstood the reclaim attack
Coaches are losing their revenue in droves right now because courts declare their contracts void under the FernUSG for lack of ZFU approval and customers get their entire fee back. Our contract templates emerged from exactly the proceedings that ended on the other side. If you sell through CloserCart, you simply adopt these vetted templates from your very first checkout.
- Built on real rulings: templates from proceedings won in court, where the customer could not reclaim their money despite the approval dispute
- Used immediately: from your first close through CloserCart you sell on the same proven templates, no lawyer marathon, no flying blind
- End the reclaim anxiety: from the moment you use CloserCart, you never again have to worry about customers pushing through claims for lack of approval
* Not legal advice, no liability. These are templates, courts decide case by case. Whether your offer falls under the FernUSG is something you should have checked by a lawyer.
Do the math
What a checkout that looks like a shopping cart costs you
Three numbers, one result. Enter what happens in your sales call and see what disappears in the checkout every year before the payment arrives.
Lost revenue per year from checkout drop-offs
0 €
A single deal you rescue this way pays for CloserCart years in advance. CloserCart costs 49 to 99 € per month. Your very next closed High-Ticket deal covers that many times over, everything after that is pure profit.
Model calculation based on your inputs. Drop-off rate means customers who verbally agree in the call but then abandon, hesitate or vanish at the payment link, classic with shop checkouts or delayed third-party links.
Built for the moment when a lot of money is on the line
No bought logo, no made-up numbers. Only the facts that secure a five-figure close.
Minimum offer value
monthly installments per plan
of your revenue stays with you
Revenue flows directly to your own accounts. We never stand in between.
Stripe keys and provider credentials are stored encrypted, never in plain text.
PDF contracts in a protected bucket, access only via signed links.
3-page contract with timestamp and IP, German legal texts in the checkout.
Your reps build their offers but never see your revenue and never trigger refunds.
Public forms and the checkout run with bot protection and rate limiting.
Row-level security hard-separates every company. Nobody sees anyone else's data.
Every signed contract is ready as a PDF, ready for any dispute.
Introductory prices
One fixed price. Zero percent of the deal.
For offers from 4,000 euros, any revenue share would be outrageous. CloserCart costs a fixed monthly price, no matter how much you close. Paying yearly means two months free.

The triple cash-collect guarantee
Three guarantees. No risk on your side.
We carry the risk, not you. If your cash-collect rate does not rise, you pay nothing. You start for a symbolic euro. And whoever stays with their old checkout keeps losing customers at the decisive moment.
The +30% cash-collect guarantee
Either your cash-collect rate rises by 30 %, or you pay nothing.
Price, installment plan and payment method steered live in the call, a legally sound contract in your name, instant payment through the same link. That is exactly what brings in more money on the spot. If that does not happen, you pay not a cent.
The 1-euro dare
For 1 € you get everything you need to close at least one more deal.
For a symbolic euro we give you the complete system to close at least one more deal. That one deal alone pays for CloserCart for a whole year, often for several. That is how strongly we believe it will help you. Your risk: zero.
The reality check
Stay with your old checkout and customers will keep escaping through the payment window, guaranteed.
Shopping cart, countdown and coupon field are built for T-shirts, not for five-figure engagements. With every other reseller model your customer is not even legally yours. That is exactly where prospects turn skeptical and drop off. You never get those customers back.
How you get started

Set up your High-Ticket program once: price, installment options, payment methods. Five minutes of work, reusable for every deal after.

FAQ
Everything cleared up before you start for 1 €
Does CloserCart replace my payment provider?
No. CloserCart does not process payments itself and takes no share of your revenue. You connect your own accounts at Stripe (including card, Klarna and PayPal), plus optionally AffiliCon or Ablefy. The revenue flows directly to you, CloserCart only orchestrates the checkout on top.
Do my Closer need access to my Stripe account?
No, and that is exactly the point. Your Closer build their offers, price points and installment plans entirely on their own, but without ever seeing your payment provider backend. They cannot trigger refunds, never see your total revenue and cannot paralyze your business. Full flexibility for sales, minimal permissions for you as the owner.
Is the digital waiver of the right of withdrawal really robust?
CloserCart documents your customer's consent cleanly: digital signature, timestamp, IP address and order number, all in one contract PDF. Whether a waiver of the right of withdrawal holds in your specific case depends on your offer and how you structure your contract. CloserCart delivers the seamless documentation, not legal advice.
What changes for my customer during the call?
They open one link and see a clean offer with your branding: scope of services, price, payment method. When your Closer changes the price, the page updates live, without a reload and without a new link. No shopping cart, no forced account, no distraction.
Do I need a tech team to set this up?
No. Create the product, add your legal texts, connect your payment provider, share the checkout link during the call. For your own domain a single CNAME entry at your DNS provider is enough, CloserCart handles SSL automatically.
My company is not based in Germany. Does this work?
Yes. Many High-Ticket providers work with company structures in Dubai, Cyprus or the USA. You connect the payment providers that fit your setup, and your customers still get a German checkout with German contracts and legal texts.
Does this really help me with Klarna and PayPal disputes?
The decision always rests with the payment provider. But the evidence decides the case: a signed contract with timestamp, IP address and documented scope of services is a different caliber than a screenshot of your order confirmation.
What does CloserCart cost?
